Ham Casserole Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus diced cooked ham
    2 apples, sliced in rounds
    4 cooked sweet potatoes, halved
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. water or apple juice
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes and ham in light greased 1-quart casserole and top with apple rounds.
    Blend mustard and brown sugar.
    Pour water or juice over apples and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
    Cover and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
