Healthy Diabetic Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    3 level Tbsp. and 1 tsp. white Sugar Twin
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine Bran and milk; let stand 5 minutes. In small bowl, combine flour, Sugar Twin, baking powder and soda; set aside.
    Mix margarine and egg into Bran mixture.
    Stir in flour mixture just until blended.
    Spoon batter into 12 greased (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups or use papers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
    Serve warm.
