Meatball Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
4 potatoes
5 carrots
1 package dry onion soup mix
flour
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 Cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) package frozen, chopped spinach
1 lb. box of small or medium shells
1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

After mixing cheese mixture well, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon some spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Spoon ingredients over sauce and spread evenly.
Cover with more sauce.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until center is heated thru. Use extra sauce at table.
Can be divided and frozen.
