Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. fresh whole cranberries
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, granulated sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar.
Toss together well.
Pour fruit mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine margarine, 1/4 cup brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and nuts.
Mix together with a fork to achieve a crumbled texture. Sprinkle topping mixture over the fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Yields 16 squares.
