Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms with clean damp cloth.
    Do not wash.
    They must be dry.
    Slice or quarter large mushrooms; leave small ones whole. Place butter and oil in pan over high heat.
    When butter begins to foam, then subsides, add the mushrooms.
    Toss and shake pan 4 to 5 minutes.
    Once mushrooms have browned, remove from heat. Sauteed mushrooms can be cooked in advance, set aside and reheated.
    Season only before serving.
