Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove woody base from cauliflower, leaving cauliflower whole. Cook cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart glass dish with 2 tablespoons of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 6 to 7 minutes per pound, covered. Rotate dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time.
    Rest, covered, for 5 minutes and season as desired.
