Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

1/2 c. soft oleo
a little over 1/2 c. cooked, mashed pinto beans
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix and pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
