Mud Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped walnuts
Hot Fudge Sauce
2 c. whipped topping

Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease 8-inch pie plate.
Mix first 8 ingredients with wooden spoon.
Pour into pan and bake 25 minutes. Immediately prick holes in pie and spread fudge sauce over top. Cool completely and top with whipped topping.
