Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pumpkin
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour, mixed in sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can evaporated milk
    enough regular milk to make 1 qt.
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, salt, ginger and cinnamon together.
    Add to can of pumpkin and mix.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Last, add milk.
    Pour in 2 (9-inch) pie shells.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or when set when tested with knife inserted in center comes out clean.
