Bacon Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. beef suet
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp. mixed herbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place flour and 1 teaspoon salt into a bowl.
Stir in the suet and add water to make a soft dough.
Turn onto a floured pastry board and knead until smooth.
Roll into a rectangle about 10 x 12-inches.
