Orange-Ginger Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 halibut steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 2 lb. total)
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Place fish in a single layer on a greased unheated rack of a broiler pan.
    Brush fish with half of the margarine.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Broil fish 4-inches from heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning fish once and brushing with remaining margarine.
