Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Have butcher grind very coarsely round steak in amount needed (about 1/4 pound or more per person).
    When ready to cook, form meat into fillet shapes, molding very lightly (so as not to pack) and wrap with a bacon strip.
    Broil as you would steak fillets under the broiler.
    Season with salt just before they have finished cooking.
