Scallops A L'Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 Tbsp. orange juice
3 Tbsp. safflower oil
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 lb. scallops
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Place scallops in a single layer in open oven pan.
Pour sauce over scallops and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
