Red Rice 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 1/8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. bacon grease
    1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion, and bell pepper in bacon grease for 10 minutes.
    In a separate pan combine water, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil.
    Add rice and other ingredients.
    Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
    Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
