Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can (20 oz.) kidney beans
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) bag tortilla chips
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Grease 2 quart baking dish.
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Line bottom with taco chips, then meat, mixture, 1/2 taco sauce. Repeat in layers.
    Drip remaining sauce over top.
    Top with cheese and scallions.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
