Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; cool, peel and grate with coarse grater.
    Add sour cream, cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper.
    Turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
