Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans yellow squash, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mash squash.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Melt butter; mix into cornbread stuffing.
    Add 1/2 of this into squash.
    Place into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with remaining mixture.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
