Chicken And Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and sliced
    oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    2 to 3 c. chicken broth
    cornstarch to thicken
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Dip chicken in this mixture and brown lightly in oil.
    Saute onion and celery with chicken.
    Add broth and simmer 1/2 hour, until tender.
    Thicken with cornstarch mixed with a small amount of water.
