Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. eggplant, pared and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cans (8 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    California Dip:
    Mix onion soup with sour cream; stir 1 tablespoon flour and beaten eggs into this mixture until smooth; set aside.
