Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. broth
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 small bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in oleo; add rice and saute for a few more minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and place in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes (do not stir).
    Remove from oven; take out bay leaf.
    Additional oleo may be added if needed.
