Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Mazola oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Mix in oil.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add carrots.
    Cook 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
