Selby'S Hot Sweet Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can Coleman dry mustard
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (light works too)
Preparation
    Mix dry mustard and vinegar together and let stand overnight. Beat in eggs, sugar and salt and cook in double boiler until thick.
    Cool.
    Beat in mayonnaise and refrigerate.
    This makes about 1 quart and keeps well.
