Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Mix together jello, sugar and salt.
(I cut the sugar to 1/4 cup.)
Add boiling water; stir until dissolved.
Stir in
frozen lemonade concentrate.
Chill until mixture is jelly like.
Fold in whipping cream (whipped) into lemon mixture.
Pour into ring mold.
When unmolded, fill center with fresh fruit.
