Confetti Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. bologna or luncheon meat, diced
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) diced Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    lettuce
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Combine macaroni, meat, cheese, green pepper and onion.
    Stir and chill.
