Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 large can evaporated milk
1 stick butter (not oleo)
3 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
4 c. pecans
Preparation

Toast pecans in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, then microwave another 2 minutes; stir and microwave another minute. Sift together sugar and flour. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to soft-ball stage boil. Remove from heat. Add pecans and stir. If not hard enough, add 1/4 cup milk and cook again. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
