Buttermilk-Herb Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
    2 tsp. finely chopped parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake to blend.
    Chill overnight or for several hours.
    Shake well before serving.
    Can be stored in refrigerator, tightly covered, for about one week.
    This is a very thin dressing; may add mayonnaise or yogurt for a thicker consistency.
    Yield:
    1 cup.
    Approximate calories/serving:
    1 tablespoon = 5.
