8 boneless pork chops (1 1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can shredded sauerkraut, drained
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 medium green pepper, sliced into rings
1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced into rings
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In an ovenproof skillet, lightly brown pork chops in oil over medium heat.
Layer sauerkraut and pie filling over pork chops.
Place pepper rings over pie filling.
