Chicken Breasts Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (12 oz.) fryer breasts
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    4 tsp. salt
    bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken; coat well.
    Let stand covered overnight.
    Remove next day; roll in bread crumbs, coating evenly.
    Arrange in pan.
    Melt butter and shortening together; pour half over chicken.
    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour remaining butter-shortening mixture over chicken and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer until tender or browned.
