Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All vegetables
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, chopped
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
1 stick melted butter
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix butter and Ritz crackers; pour half of mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Saute celery and onion in skillet; put in larger mixing bowl.
Stir in Veg-All vegetables, mayonnaise and Velveeta. Pour over crackers.
Top with half of crackers.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
