Low-Fat Lasagna Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (26 oz.) jar prepared gourmet spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (with liquid)
    1/2 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese (fat free)
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 egg
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine spaghetti sauce and tomatoes with their liquid and water in bowl.
    Stir to blend and break up tomatoes.
    Set aside.
