Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
    1/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Bake potatoes conventionally or in microwave.
    Cut lengthwise in halves; scoop out into large bowl and crush.
    Add margarine, salt to taste, onion and Parmesan cheese, reserving a small amount.
    Mix well.
    Stuff potato shells (skins) and sprinkle reserved Parmesan cheese on tops.
    Place under broiler until golden brown.
