Oatmeal Sugar Crisp Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. 3 minute oats

Preparation

Cream the shortening, brown sugar and white sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Sift together the flour, soda and salt and add to mixture. Combine well and add oats.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
