Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil or 1 rounded Tbsp. shortening
milk or water
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients; add oil and milk or water to make soft dough.
Knead like biscuit dough.
Roll out or cut and put in greased pan and put damp towel over the pan.
Let stand in a warm place to rise, about double in size.
Bake like regular biscuits.
