Orient Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast or thighs
    1 small onion, cut into squares
    1 green or red pepper, cut 1-inch square
    1 can (10 1/4 oz.) cream of broccoli soup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet over medium high heat in hot oil, cook chicken (1/2 at a time) until brown.
    Add peppers and onion; cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crispy tender.
    Stir in soup, water and soy sauce,
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
    Serve over rice.
