Pineapple Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick oleo, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar (I use 1 1/4)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well; add coconut and pineapple and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake until center is firm at 350\u00b0, about 45 minutes.
    It should be slightly brown on top.
    Quick, easy and good!
