Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. lukewarm water
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
Preparation

Add half flour and remaining ingredients in water-yeast mixture.
Beat well.
Add rest of flour and stir with wooden spoon until smooth.
Let rise 40 minutes.
Grease muffin pan.
Spoon into muffin pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
