Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 cakes or pkg. yeast
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar, salt and margarine; cool to lukewarm.
    Measure warm water into large warm bowl.
    Sprinkle or crumble in yeast, stirring until dissolved.
    Add lukewarm milk mixture, egg and 2 cups flour, beating until smooth.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Cover and let rise in warm place, free from draft, until double in bulk; approximately 30 minutes.
