Zucchini Bread(The Best) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. canola oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. chopped zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts (your choice)
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. In another bowl, combine the flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add to the egg mixture; stir in the nuts and raisins. Turn into 2 greased 8 x 4 loaf pans and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Don't overbake.
