Lenten Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can fruit cocktail and syrup (large)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    raisins if you wish
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except for brown sugar and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a floured loaf pan.
    Sprinkle top with brown sugar and nut mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 40 minutes.
