Parmesan Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 baking potatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. plain flour
1/4 c. or more grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Do not peel potatoes.
Scrub well and quarter lengthwise. Melt margarine and moisten wedges.
Combine all dry ingredients in a small bag.
Coat potatoes by shaking a few at a time in bag. Place potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch buttered baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
Turn once during baking time. Serves 6.
