Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
3 3/4 c. cooked chicken
1 1/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. coconut, shredded
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Stir curry powder and mayonnaise together.
Mix all together; chill.
Better if made several hours before serving.
Good summer dish.
