Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. quick cooking grits
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 large eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
    Add grits; cook according to package directions.
    Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
    In bowl, combine eggs, milk and Tabasco sauce; stir the mixture into grits.
    Pour into lightly greased casserole.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
    Let set 10 minutes before serving.
