Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced potatoes (raw)
    1/2 sweet green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. rich milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. finely chopped onions
    3 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onions and peppers in the 3 cups salted boiling water until tender.
    Drain a little water off.
    Add 1 quart rich milk.
    Bring to a boil and add 1/3 cup margarine with 1 tablespoon flour mixed to a paste.
    Stir into potato mixture.
    Cook until thick.
