Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
    24 oz. cans chili peppers, drained
    1 pt. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add all of the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares for hors d'oeuvres.
    Serves 12 to 18 large pieces or 36 to 48 small size. Serve hot or cold.
