Beef Steak And Creamy Gravy(Lower Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. boneless round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1/2 (12 oz.) evaporated skim milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut meat into 4 serving size pieces.
    Mix in small bowl 2 tablespoons flour and pepper.
    Pound flour mixture into meat. Spray large skillet with nonstick spray coating.
    Over medium heat, brown meat on both sides.
    Add water and bouillon granules to skillet.
    Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
