Potatoes And Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    6 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Wash potatoes.
    If potatoes are bite size, leave whole.
    If larger, cut into quarters or eighths.
