Bell Pepper Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground steak
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 pods garlic, chopped
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    2 cans tomato soup
    1/2 soup can water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. grated cheese (rat trap)
Preparation
    Brown meat in heavy roaster.
    Add vegetables; saute until onion is clear.
    Add soup, water, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Turn fire up to get mixture hot.
    Add rice; stir with fork.
    Turn heat off.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover tightly until cheese melts.
