Cucumber Cream Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cucumber, peeled and minced
    8 c. onion, minced
    8 c. water
    1 c. salt
    2 c. flour
    8 c. vinegar
    8 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    In stock pot, place cucumber, onion, water and salt.
    Soak overnight.
    Drain.
    Mix flour with 4 cups of vinegar.
    Add to cucumber.
    Mix along with remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and boil until thick.
    Seal in hot, sterilized jars 1/2-inch from top. Makes 8 pints.
