New Orleans Style Barbecue Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. cayenne
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. crushed red chilies
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 dash Worcestershire
    1/4 c. beer
Preparation
    Peel and devein 1 pound shrimp.
    In small bowl, blend first 7 ingredients together.
    In large skillet, heat 1/4 pound unsalted butter and 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
    Add the shrimp and spice mixture and saute over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes per side (this still should be slightly opaque down the middle of the spine).
    Add and simmer briefly, Worcestershire and beer.
