Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6.2 oz.) pkg. fast cooking wild rice mix
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth (can use low sodium)
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 c. cooked chopped chicken
    2/3 c. Italian dressing
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook rice in large saucepan according to directions, using chicken broth instead of water. Add mushrooms before last 5 minutes. Stir in chicken, dressing and sour cream; spoon into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 in oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
